GA Lott & Co is a well established conveyancer based in Exeter and was set up by Gloria Lott in 1991. Her firm was widely known and much respected. Gloria instilled in her firm the principle always to do what was best for the client.

In 2008 Gloria wanted to retire and the partners of Solicitors Title, Janet Milton and Mervyn Rundle, took over her firm.

They felt that the ethos Gloria instilled into her firm very much matched their own. So they took over her firm allowing Gloria to follow her plans.

Since then GA Lott & Co has continued to represent their clients interests and carry out their wishes.

Jemma Chiltern-Hunt

Originally from Hertfordshire Jemma is a Solicitor with degrees in Law and Information Management and Business. After completing her studies she was determined to live in the South West and now lives in Exeter.

She enjoys a wide variety of sports having been part of the Olympic Development squad for swimming in her youth. She now enjoys the relatively slower pace of kick boxing and motor sport.

James Martin

James is originally from West Sussex but moved to Devon over 20 years ago, so knows the area well. He has lived in Tavistock for over 16 years.

James has an Honours degree from the University of Gloucestershire.

He is interested in sport and has been known to travel long distances to see his football team.

James enjoys general knowledge quizzes and is a member of a quiz team.
